You contact us to share your design and preferences. 

We get back to you with a price and if happy we get to work to get it done.

It will be hand delivered to you by us and if you are happy with the jewellery.

We request the payment then, but for any reason if any of our customers are not happy with the piece - we simply take the jewellery back with us and you don't pay us anything. 

To get a piece of jewellery appraised at Sujitha Jewellers, you can schedule an appointment with one of our certified appraisers. They will thoroughly examine your design and provide you with a detailed appraisal report that includes the item's value, specifications, price, estimated delivery date and any other relevant information.

Peace of mind - We only collect the payment upon delivery and that's only if you are happy with the jewellery. 

Unfortunately not yet but we are working on it ! Right now the only payment methods are Cash or Debit/Credit cards.

Unfortunately we don’t offer a returns or refunds on any of our sales. This is because each piece is custom-made so we won't be able to take any return or offer refunds after the customer agreed to purchase and transaction is complete.
